We’ve recently made updates to our Privacy Policy to increase transparency and to comply with the EU General Data Protection Regulation. We will not sell or pass on your order information to third parties. If you would like to check the information that we hold about you, you can do this at any time by emailing us or writing to us. If any of the information we hold is inaccurate we will delete or correct it immediately.



In order for our website to function properly we use ‘cookies’ when you browse our website. Sadly, these are not of the chocolate-chip variety but a digital ‘cookie’ that tracks the patterns and behaviours of visitors to our website. This could include ‘cookies’ that are stored on your internet browser. The information collected in this way can be used to identify you when you return to our website, creating a more personalised user-friendly shopping experience. If you would prefer us not to store cookies on your browser you can normally adjust settings on your own computer to prevent this from happening.


Your Payment Information

For website orders your payment details will be collected when you order. All payments are processed via PayPal or Sage Pay. During the order process you will be taken to an external page which is fully secure and your card details are handled by the payment option provider that you choose. Our website does not collect or store any card details from you.

We do not participate in "spam” emails. As part of our order processing you will receive emails that are relevant to your order, for example an email confirming your order or an email to update you of the status of your order.


We have an optional email newsletter to which you can subscribe. This may include information about new products, special offers or customer events. We never send more than 12 emails per year. This service is called craft-e-news and requires your consent to subscribe. Every craft-e-news email includes an option for you to click to unsubscribe. Alternatively, you can contact us by email, post or telephone and request that we unsubscribe you from this list.


Our email news service is provided by EMMA email marketing. If you choose to subscribe to our email newsletter your email address will be held by EMMA for the purpose of managing your subscription to the email service and for delivery of our craft-e-news email newsletters. EMMA Email Marketing are a US based company with extremely high standards of security and customer care. Printed Catalogues

UK Customers who purchase from us will be added to our printed catalogue list. We never post more than 4 editions of the printed catalogue per year. If you do not want to receive future editions of our catalogue please tell us when you place your order. If you decide that you don’t want to receive any more catalogues you can contact us by email, post or telephone and request that we remove you from our mailing list, we will action your request with immediate effect.
