Accelerating our Programmatic CTV Innovation with the Acquisition of SpringServe

At Â鶹´«Ã½AV we strive to provide our customers with complete awareness of the entire supply and demand landscape to facilitate better yield optimization across traditional direct and programmatic sales channels. I am pleased to announce that to help accelerate our work in that area, we have acquired SpringServe, a leading advanced ad management platform for OTT and CTV. 

SpotX, which we acquired in April, made a strategic investment in SpringServe in July 2020. The combination of Â鶹´«Ã½AV, SpotX, and SpringServe’s complementary tech and expertise will allow us to offer best-in-breed solutions and a full stack solution for media owners.

We believe SpringServe will help our clients improve their monetization and streamline their operations. As software plays a larger role in CTV monetization, the addition of SpringServe’s advanced ad serving and inventory management technology will enable our clients to optimize yield and campaign performance more effectively. 

The acquisition of SpringServe will also improve the user experience with improved podded ad delivery, encompassing everything from deduping pods to competitive separation, which has been a chronic issue for the industry for years. 

Our clients can rest assured that to ensure publishers’ holistic yield management is prioritized, SpringServe will continue to be demand-agnostic.

Today’s media owners need software and solutions that evolve as quickly as they do and we are confident that bringing on SpringServe will better equip Â鶹´«Ã½AV to fulfill that need.
