Delivery
All deliveries are charged at a flat rate of £2.50. This charge remains the same regardless of the order value or the number of items. There is no minimum order.

Orders can only be despatched to UK addresses. You must provide full cardholder name and address information, an alternative delivery address can be given and an opportunity to provide this is given during our secure checkout process.

All orders are sent by 1st class post with Royal Mail. In most cases delivery will be within 1 or 2 days of placing your order but you should allow up to 5 days for delivery.

Terms & conditions
Items that are out of stock will be marked as so on the relevant product page. You will still be able to order the item, but it will not be charged to your account when we process your payment. Back-order items will be despatched and charged for separately as they become available.

If you are not completely satisfied with any item that you have ordered from craft-shed, please return it to us within 28 days of purchase. A refund will be made to your account. Return postage can only be claimed for damaged or faulty goods.
